Through our SermonView.com web property, we offer outreach printing and mailing services, banner printing, and cost-effective design services. We also offer PowerPoint graphics for preaching and worship and complete sermon series kits with preaching manuscripts, slides, and promotional materials.

Position: Customer Service Representative for Evangelism Advertising at SermonView

Location: Vancouver, Washington


Description: Narrow Gate Media seeks a full-time SermonView customer service representative to handle inbound sales calls, consulting with customers to match their needs with our evangelism advertising solutions. Our CSR will take orders for our SermonView evangelism advertising products, and maintain communication with the customer throughout the design, printing, and mailing process. In addition, this position will be working within our customer database to maintain and update membership activities, will regularly update product information on our various web sites, will occassionally assist with shipping product, and will also handle some outbound calls to current customers.


Requirements and Qualifications: Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and a high school diploma. The ideal candidate will also show passion for evangelistic advertising, detail orientation, and friendly, efficient telephone skills. This position also requires moderate computer skills; CRM software experience is a plus, as is telephone sales experience. Position must be able to work in an environment with limited supervision, capable of independent problem solving, and be able to create and document new procedural systems as needed. Applicant must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.


Understanding of the church market is required. Experience with evangelistic series promotion is a definite bonus, as is Spanish fluency.


Location: Position is based at our offices in Vancouver, Washington.


Travel: None.


Compensation: Starting at $10.00 – 13.00 / hour, depending on experience, plus individualized full-time benefits package.


Work Schedule: Regular full-time position budgeted for 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Hourly, non-exempt employment classification.
